Strategic Planning Workshop – 2025
The Way Foward
The strategic planning workshop, held in Sororti City, from 6th to 8th Jan 2025, was designed to enhance the strategic management process by building a common database through participatory strategic thinking.
This thinking is only possible through the involvement of all levels of stakeholders, with the intentions of developing a strategic plan owned by all. This can provide direction and initiate sustainable development.
The purpose of the workshop was to:
- Build pipelines other than haul buckets.
- Stop living in the industrial age and move into the information age, by working smart.
- Choose a paradigm shift from traditional ways of doing business to strategic management of HADEO affairs.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT
