HADEO is managed by a team of experienced and professional staff with a long development working experience. The Country Director has over 16 years working with ADRA both at national and international levels and at higher positions. He is assisted by a religious leader in the level of a Canon and other technical staff with social work and accounting experiences.

The organization is overseen by another experienced team in the Netherlands who work closely with the national team in Uganda. Decisionmaking is a shared process between the two offices, Soroti local Government and the local community.

Passionate about community empowerment in Uganda since 2001, and finds energy in the warm welcome from local groups and the transformation of women’s lives.

The organization also has a board composed of 12 people of different calibers. These include people of high integrity and varied experience in management, accountancy, law, community development, women advocacy affairs, health professionals, educationists, religious leaders, students and community leaders. This mix was purposely set in place to ensure the board being the head organ has adequate and is richly endowed with potential persons that can propel HADEFO to achieve its objectives, Mission and Vision.

HADEO has employed experienced graduates to coordinate her day-to-day running of the organization’s activities. They are assisted by a team of volunteers in various positions and report to the management committee- the decision-making organ. The treasurer takes care of all the financial obligations and ensures all financial undertakings are properly kept in separate books.
